Acrylic Bottle Stopper Blocks

Berea Bottle Stopper Blocks

Precautions to be observed when turning any acrylic:
  • Use very sharp tools while turning and take light cuts.

  • Wear face and eye protection and keep observers away from the turning area.

  • DO NOT turn at excessive speeds.

Ten new Berea Hardwoods bottle stopper blocks that are absolutely gorgeous!  These blocks measure 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" x 2 1/2" long, turn very easily using light cuts & sharp tools and polish to a glass-like luster.  One unique aspect of these blocks is that you are able to create matching pens from the same material as the stopper!  This combination makes a great gift idea.

Mounting the blocks on a mandrel is best achieved by drilling and then tapping the hole for the proper threads engagement.
