I want to thank all the students who attended my classes from the Fine Writing Instrument and the Bangle Bracelet Class this past weekend.  I enjoyed working with all of you and it was really nice to see students of all ages attend!

 

Everyone enjoyed the class (they told me they did, so I believe them) and we all learned a lot of techniques and tips.

After driving 13 hours, setting up the class room, I am looking forward to working with a full class of students at Marc Adams School of Woodworking this week.  As you can see from the picture, all the lathes are OneWay lathes and I have attached a bag of all the pen kits and supplies the students will use this week creating their fine writing instruments.  The school is a top notch facility and offers a full range of courses on all aspects of woodworking.  If you are interested in taking a woodworking course contact www.marcadams.com for more information.

The new Motorcycle Pen is coming shortly ! (next week)  It features a motorcycle tire roller on the  Springer style clip with a skull as a headlight!  The cap of the pen has anther skull too! The front and center bands are tire tracks – this pen is way cool!

Speaking of way cool, all the polymer clay blanks from last Friday sold out in just three days!  Tina has made more for us so here we go again with a new batch just for out loyal blog viewers.

This has been an exhausting week trying to get ready for two classes at Marc Adams School of Woodworking in Indianapolis.  Long hours preparing blanks, kits and surprises for the students.  Next month I will be teaching at Arrowmont in Gatlinburg TN and I have the honor of working with one of the premier pen makers in the country Dan Symonds!  Dan and I will be teaming up to teach the Arrowmont students -they will be in for a treat!

Tina Wissen did it again!  She has made some fantastic polymer clay blanks for Arizona Silhouette!  Over 15 new blanks to choose from.  The  new Abalone Shell blanks  are stunning.  I made three of them and they all sold this past weekend at Paradise City Arts Festival the first day in less than three hours!
