The Mid Atlantic Pen Turners Gathering was another success this year!  More vendors, more blanks, more kits and more education for everyone!  The panel discussion on marketing your fine writing instruments was good but it did point out to me that we need to have more information disseminated to our customers on exactly how to do this.  I will be offering suggestions in future blogs on this topic!
My seminar on making a pen from beginning to end was fun and informative and a lot of positive feedback about pen making was obtained.  Unfortunately as usual, I did not attend any of the other seminars because of answering more questions about a variety of topics the majority of the day.  All in all it was a great gathering and “I will be back” – where have I heard that one before?
